We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and all major credit cards. We use the biggest credit card processor worldwide, Authorize.net. 

This problem may arise while subscribing for your online storage/backup account with Viper Backup for any of the following reasons:

• Credit card number and expiry date may be inaccurate.
• The online authorization system may fail certain valid credit cards outside US in the address verification test.
• The payment gateway could be experiencing problems.

The best option is to re-try in a little while and call Customer Service if you still have issues.
