Sorry, but an online backup is currently running

I have received this error message while trying to back my computer up manually by clicking "Backup Now".

Solution:

This is usually because a Viper Online Backup is already running. You can verify this by looking at the system tray (bottom right hand corner of the screen), you will see a Viper Backup icon

If you see the icon here, to cancel it just right click on the icon, and click on Cancel
