When starting Viper Backup, the installer starts up and tries to install Viper while launching the program. How can this be fixed?

This error usually occurs when starting Viper, or when Windows Installer runs and tries to install Viper while launching the program.

This can be fixed by installing the Microsoft Installer Cleanup Tool. You can download it from the following URL: :http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall
