Error Message "Runtime Error 91"

I just got an error message that had "Runtime Error 91" on it. What went wrong?

Uninstall Viper Online Backup Software from the computer
Download and save Vipersoftware onto the desktop
For Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating system, turn off UAC (User account control) before starting the installation
During the installation, please select the option "Allow all users to use the application"
