This occurs when I try to log-in to Viper. Any ideas of why this might be occurring?

Solution:

This error may occur because of these issues.

1. Wrong system date and time

If the system date and time is incorrect on your computer, you will receive this error message. Please change it to the current time.

2. Server maintenance

When logging into Viper, you get the error, this may occur due to an ongoing emergency maintenance on the server your account is located on. Please try to login after sometime and you should be able to get in without any issues.
