No account information could be found in the task Scheduler security database for the task indicated. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8004130F)

Need help fixing this error.

Solution:

Attention: Before following the next steps, please make a backup of your registry in the C Drive.

  1. Click Start → Run → Type regidit → Click OK
  2. Click on Lsa in the left pane and look in the right panel for: limitblankpassworduse
  3. Right click on it and select Modify and change the Value data to 0
     t is enabled by default
    Data: 0 (disabled) 1 (enabled)
    Disable it, close and reboot and scheduled tasks should run.
