I keep getting this error when I try to go to Classic View

Solution:

This error usually occurs when you start the backup from the Viper wizard view screen. To fix this problem, follow the following steps:
  1.  Open Viper Backup and log in with your credentials
  2. Click on Backup Online → Click next, Check “Run scheduled backups automatically without user intervention” → Start Backup
  3. Make sure a Viper Backup schedule is not available in windows task scheduler. Open control panel → Scheduled Tasks/Task Scheduler → Delete any Viper tasks, if any are there
The backups should work without a problem.
